If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging purchased jewelry within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The jewelry must be in undamaged condition, unused, in the original packaging and with the tag intact. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product by our warehouse. If you want to exchange the product for a different model, size or color, please contact us so that we can check the availability of the selected product. Please note that jewelry made to order or with engraving is not subject to return or exchange, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
