Na rewersie znajdują się otoczone 12 gwiazdami: Najświętsze Serce Pana Jezusa z koroną cierniową, oraz Niepokalane Serce Maryi przebite mieczem, powyżej litera M (inicjał Maryi), a nad nią krzyż.
